  • This really depends on your goals. If you are still working out whether you enjoy the sport, then we recommend you sign up for Rec 1x weekly. If you are looking to accelerate your progress, we recommend you sign up for Rec 2x weekly.

  • There are many desirable qualities for artistic swimmers, mainly speed swimming, flexibility and acrobatic skills. If you are unsure of what to work on, get in touch with us to develop a personalised plan!

  • Our curriculum is developed through 15 years of experience and weighs sport science and developmental psychology.

    Most importantly, our coaches CARE about your development, both within and outside of the sport.

  • It is great that you are excited about synchro and want to improve in your own time! You have several options:

    1. Practice technique in your own time - contact us for a personalised plan.

    2. Sign up for 2x weekly sessions - this is a good choice if you are really keen on the sport.

    3. In certain circumstances, private classes may be appropriate to hit your personal targets. Contact us for more information.
